About

Challenge yourself to the daily practice of the union between mind and body and soul. Each day are suggested yoga poses, asanas. I am still working on adding photos and videos! I like to wake up at 6:15am and quickly journal my emotional state, followed by a metta loving-kindness meditation like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDi40FQcaIU&list=PLYO93hbnN28Onzschq8nFV52NW73aemK7&index=2 Next I like to go outside with Poppy to a park and do at least 1 round of sun salutations, followed by the challenge asanas, more if I have the time and energy, no worries if not is my guidance.
